We had a day at sea after leaving Lisbon and then we arrived at Bilboa, Spain. We disembarked here and got a taxi to the airport where we picked up our rental car. I did convince Lee to rent a GPS also. All I can say is thank God we did. We truly needed it to find our way around. Bilboa looked like a lovely city but we just drove through it on our way to pick up our car and then we were off for Madrid where we already had a room rented for the next 2 days. The trip there was beautiful the countryside is gorgeous and the mountains beautiful. At times I felt like I was traveling in the west in the USA.
