Hoover Dam
After 10 days of relaxing in Soledad Canyon we drove to Las Vegas to visit our niece, Brooke. We arrived today and were able to fit a trip over to Hoover Dam in. Five years ago when we were there they were working on the bridge you will see in the pictures.
When you see and tour this dam you cannot help but be totally amazed at what was accomplished in this length of time.
We took a tour of the power plant
There are 4 spillways
There are 15 generators
We have seen some very awesome sunsets.
